The Annual Plan of Service is an outline of the Cooperative’s focus of activities during the year. The plan supports the goals, objectives and action plan from the Cooperative’s Long Range Plan, and are supported by the Cooperative’s budget as described.

The major emphasis during Fiscal Year 2026 (October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026) will be:

• Execute replacement of the alternate van.
• Research and implement a new or updated wireless statistics module.
• Host website and website ADA training with applicable library staff across the five counties.
• Upgrade at least two patron computers per library branch.
• Research the new Envisionware (computer and print management software) cloud based software.

1.  Execute replacement of the courier van.
2.  Research and provide training opportunities to the newly hired Network Specialist.
3.  Plan and execute a staff development day with SWFLN (Southwest Florida Library Network).

1. Continue outreach efforts utilizing shared Cooperative resources and resources purchased using funds from previous grants.
2. Continue researching and participating in internship opportunities. 
3. Replace courier van.
